What is required to rent a van?
Renters must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
How many miles are included per day?
All of our vans come with unlimited miles!
Can I come look at the vans?
Absolutely! Call or email to schedule an appointment.
Can I take seats out for luggage or gear?
Yes! Let us know if you need extra space and we’ll be happy to take the seats out. Please note, there may be an additional charge associated with seat removal.
Can I pick up and drop off after hours?
Yes! All of our vans come with a lockbox so you can pick up and drop off anytime.
Can I leave my car when I pick up the van?
You bet. We have parking on-site and you’re welcome to leave your car for the duration of the rental.
Can I pull a trailer?
Yes. Our vans are equipped with a 2" receiver hitch, so you’re welcome to pull a trailer at no additional cost. You’ll just need to provide your own ball mount.
What's your cancellation policy?
There is a 14 day cancellation policy. You can cancel 14 days out for a full refund and any time after that for a 50% refund.
Do I need a special license to drive?
Nope. All we need is a standard driver’s license.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We’ll need a little bit more info to confirm the delivery but delivery can be scheduled for an additional charge.
Do you offer driver services?
Yes. We have a pool of vetted drivers and the cost varies based on the duration of the rental. Contracting driver services requires the purchase of full coverage insurance.
